    My Story

    Hi there! 

    My name is Taylor.

    I am a wife, daughter, sister and a mum to two beautiful babies, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, both of whom are my absolute world.

     

    I spent my first 18 months of motherhood living off 2-4 hours of sleep every day. The long, lonely nights sitting in that dark room, feeling like you're the only one in the world that is still awake right now. The feeling of complete exhaustion, the outbursts of anger, along with the guilt & shame that follows, and the chronic anxiety over the thought of bedtime approaching, just knowing what you're in for - I have felt it all. 


    After countless cookie-cutter sleep training attempts and multiple sleep school stays, feeling a lack of empathy and consideration towards the emotional impact sleep training was having on both myself and my son, it wasn't until I decided to do my own research that I realized the importance of understanding the mental, emotional, social and physical factors that impact our children's sleep journey. With everything I learnt, I applied it to my son's routine in a way that worked for both of us and supported our relationship. Watching the positive outcome from this, I soon became passionate about sharing everything I know with all the other mums & dads out there that were in the situation I had once been in. 


    I am a qualified Advanced Child Sleep Consultant, I work with infants and children aged 0-5 years old and I provide a holistic and sensitive approach to sleep training methods, ensuring that you and your child feel secure, supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. I am a huge advocate for secure-attachment relationships between parent & child and that will always be considered as a priority. I will be your biggest support and am here to hold your hand every step of the way. You will never feel alone throughout those hard nights with me in your corner.
